This place is just a joke I would not recommend them for a dental Provider
Got a bill after getting an exam and cleaning which should have been covered by insurance. Today called in regarding the charges and was given the run a round. I told them that I wasn’t going to pay the bill as it should have been covered by insurance. Shortly afterward I got a message from them saying that they had accidentally doubled bill me for X-rays and that they would clear the charges then said they would delete my patient file and asked to let them know where they could send copies of my X-rays. They make a billing mistake and when I called them on it and refused to pay, the want to drop me as a patient. Unbelievable!!!!!
