If I could give zero stars I would have. I bought some crappy ear buds from the store that didn't work, was never offered a recipe but I was not able to return them without a receipt. The lady instead called her boss who wanted her to spend 20 minutes looking up all of the days transactions to find mine from that morning. Since when does someone have to call their boss to ok a return? That is the most preposterous thing I've ever heard! After mentioning that my time was limited I was told to come back when I had more time! I mean WTF? Am I really going to invest that much time for a $15 pair of ear buds. Instead I just left the busted ear buds with them and walked out. I will not be going back. Go to Kwik Trip! Way better service!
They are dumber than a box of rocks they can't even put a gas coupon in right and they always screw crap up and the new management sucks it is really bad don't go there the people at SA don't even know basic math and it's not just the younger one its the older one too and I ain't there even worse than the younger one

Only person in the store and the guy cleaning went back to get the person who was supposed to be working the register to tell her there was a customer. Waited 5 min and she still didn't come to the front and I finally just left.
