I recently purchased a sapphire and diamond pendant from DeLeon Jewelers at the Tucson Gem and Mineral Show. Of the thousands of jewelry pieces for sale by hundreds vendors at the show, their pendant made a strong impression on me because of it's simplicity and elegance. Guy and Patti DeLeon were professional, knowledgable, and passionate about their business. The quality of their jewelry was superior!

I've used Deleons over the years, so when my husbands wedding ring need resized they were my first choice. They do everything in house which I love. So two and a half weeks ago I dropped off the ring, I was told around a week for completion. I called today curious as to why I hadn't heard from them. The women who answered the phone said they were "called out of town" and my ring was still sitting there undone. She told me they would be back in two days. So I assume it will be at least another week until my husband can wear his ring again. As a customer I would have appreciated a phone call to say it would be another week or so, istead of having to wonder why it's taking so long.
The husband and wife team care about the satisfaction of their customers. Though the stunning blue sapphire in the pendant appeared perfect in cut and color, Guy offered to replace it with any other comparable stone if I liked another one more.
