While on tour in July of 2017, my derailleur hanger snapped in half one mile outside of town. While the replacement hanger was unavailable in the shop (stand alone part, or on a bike in the shop), he went the extra mile, and replaced my broken derailleur hanger using a compatible derailleur hanger from his wife's bike! Hands down the best experience I've ever had at a bicycle shop! Highly recommend!
