Mediocre food at best. Server was attentive. One step above fast food. We won't be back anytime soon.
Waiter Steven was terrible! Asked for small child cup when we ordered, and 4 more times, finally got it when we were ready to go. Forgot an item every time he was asked. Brought out wrong order for my daughter, the rest of us were almost done eating before she got it, after he'd been asked 3 times to bring. He was only serving4 tables and we all complained about service. His excuse was he couldn't get his life together. The food was good.
Good food as well as a fairly large selection of food, wait staff is friendly and always has a smile for everyone. Reasonably priced, also has a full service bar a sports on the TV's.
My husband is a Vietnam veteran and this being Veteran's Day, we went tonight to enjoy a complimentary meal for him. The special Veteran's menu had a good variety of choices. All of the staff there were working double shifts today. They were all attentive, friendly and "johhny on the spot". The food was excellent as well. The manager took the time to go to every table thanking the veterans for their service and also presented a $5.00 off card for their next visit!! Wow!! Our hats off to all employees there tonight!! We will be back!!
Not too many dining options that are open late in Red Wing. Applebee's is a good place cuz one can order beer if one chooses to. When we have 10 friends together, we can cozy up in a large corner booth and talk to each - and laugh at each other. Food is good, however there are too many choices of blended items that causes taste bud overload. But, we have a good time.
