Very friendly and good food. Clean place. Quite a difference from McDonald's where I ate yesterday. They had a mess all over. Nice to go to a neat clean place
The food was good. The building was really clean
Horribly filthy. There was only one other family in there at the time, but the place was a mess. None of the tables had been washed and there was food all over the floor. Bathroom was disgusting with Lord knows what smeared on the walls and toilets that don't look like they have been scrubbed since they were installed.
2nd time this year I have went through the drive through to get home and find out they weren't competent enough to put cheddar on a Beef and CHEDDAR! The employee at the drive through had a terrible attitude. Arbys is normally one of my favorite places to grab a sandwich but Ref Wing just doesn't seem to cut it. The first time this happened they just put some shredded cheese on it instead of the cheese sauce and none of the sweet sauce on it. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was done to correct it last time so I doubt anything comes of this. Thanks for ruining the joy i usually get from eating at other stores!
